UGC Adviser Update
We wish to inform clients that, as of 7 December 2023, UGC Financial Advisor, Mr Stephen Rogers (AR: 1270284), is no longer serving as a financial adviser as a result of a decision of the Financial Services and Credit Panel (FSCP) to issue a two year banning order.
Mr. Rogers does not agree with the FSCP’s decision and, in particular, rejects the inference of a cold calling superannuation switching business model or inducing inappropriate superannuation switching and has lodged an appeal of the FSCP decision with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Mr Rogers will continue as an employee of UGC in a non-advisory capacity.
