Small and Medium Enterprise

Working with small and medium enterprise proprietors is one of the most rewarding aspects of our job.

One of the greatest wealth creation pursuits an individual can engage in is the creation or ownership of their own business. We work with current and aspiring small and medium sized business owners to help design a strategy which enables them to start, acquire, manage, grow and sell their own business. We consult with our clients on the most appropriate structure of ownership, improving and enhancing the profitability of their business, attracting growth capital including debt and private equity and facilitate succession plans for the sale of your small or medium sized business when the time comes to exit.

A look at the annual BRW Rich List shows that many of the entrepreneurs included in the list started out in life with no money, very little education and without the required connections. Nevertheless, their desire for success, ambition, self belief and an eye for opportunity were all the ingredients they required to achieve enormous wealth.

We partner with business owners to help them achieve outcomes they require and desire.
