Joel breaks down why we are seeing such a significant outlier and gives us insights on the underlying conditions that have created this phenomenon.
  • Record Speed Recovery: Brett brought with him new data which shows that the Australian residential real estate market is now seeing the fastest recovery in terms of time that it takes for prices to go back to peak. Brett delves into the what is driving the growth in Australian residential real estate as we revisit the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (Episode 74) which was set to kick off this year.
  • Financial Success: Louis brings with him tips on what we can do in our work life to achieve transformational growth which will have the greatest impact on our long term success. How can we set productive goals that helps us prioritise the transformational tasks and deprioritise transactional tasks.

Wendy’s Woes: There is a warning against going to a particular Wendy’s franchise in America as one of the staff members snapped a photo of themselves taking a bath in the kitchen sink.
